Declan Procor Williams So your not coverd by the RTA. Technically he can throw you out at any time including changing locks and keeping any money you have given him. 

Its super shitty, and hopefully it dosent come to that at all. 

My advice would be start moving your stuff somewhere safe, so that you only have the bare minimum where you are now. And then try and find another place ASAP. 

You also are not required to give him any notice or anything like that.
