Between 2005 and 2007 I completed an M.Phil in IR at Wadham College, Oxford. I worked for five years for the Canadian federal government, including completing the Accelerated Economist Training Program, and then completed a PhD in Political Science at the University of Toronto in 2023. How were you able to get such an amazing photo? Where were you?
I took it during Moving Planet Day in Toronto, right in front of the Queen’s Park legislature.
I noticed the hawk circling, so I got a photo of it at 200mm using my 70-200 f/4 IS lens. I then cropped the image and slightly tweaked the exposure in the shadow areas in Photoshop CS.
