In the spring of 2005, I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in International Relations and a general focus in the area of environmental politics. Between 2005 and 2007 I completed an M.Phil in IR at Wadham College, Oxford. It looks like an emu to me.
Maybe I’m wrong. They look similar.
It could be an emu.
I took the photo at the zoo in Toronto’s High Park.
That is one sad looking creature. Zoos can do that to animals, yet they also give us a chance to appreciate the natural world and try to protect the creatures in it.
