Mattis on the state of the US
Former general and secretary of defence Jim Mattis’ recent book avoided discussing his experience in the Trump administration.
Mattis has now been pushed by the Trump administration’s response to Black Lives Matter protests to start being openly critical.
Perhaps that should be ‘more openly critical’ given addresses like this:

It is a funny speech, but also very sad. There does not seem to be any dignity in the US anymore, no leadership and likely hard times ahead.
